Romain Hanicot
Founder & Co-CEO
Romain is a French engineer with over a decade of experience leading large teams and complex operations across Asia, during which he developed a strong belief: healthy leadership and strong employee engagement are among the most effective ways to improve long-term performance.
In 2020, he founded Ween Consulting to help managers and teams perform in fast-changing and demanding environments.
Today, Romain works as a certified executive coach (PCC), leadership trainer, and organizational development consultant.
Nguyen Quynh Huong
Co-CEO
Quynh Huong has several years of experience managing teams and supporting multicultural collaboration across Vietnam. Her work is driven by a strong interest in communication, group dynamics, and the way workplace culture shapes collaboration, engagement, and collective ownership.
She helps ensure that Ween’s leadership and teamwork approaches are adapted to the Vietnamese work culture.
Quynh Huong is a certified Deep Democracy facilitator and leadership trainer.
